Crowne Plaza Riyadh RDC Hotel & Convention By IHG

Every thing is super clean the hotel is very quiet and peaceful, breakfast buffet was awesome a little too much but I enjoyed it.

No I liked every thing a lot and it was a good experience for me

Design, modern, clean

Busy complex

My favorite place in Riyadh. The hotel basically chooses the right people. Staff we are proud of, Khattab, Tahani and everyone in the hotel makes your stay amazing.

The view was covered by their decorative sides. There is no smoking rooms and the AC was difficult to control. I had to provide the reception with my visa where debit cards are not accepted

Very bad experience

Its the best hotel in Riyadh. There is no question about that. Everything was perfect, and especially the check-in process and Khattab. I have travelled to many hotels across the world, and I believe Khattab is one of the best people at check-in I have ever dealt, smooth check-in, very quick, very high and professional standards, and kind. Saudi talent like him is something we should all be proud of. The building, gym and other facilities are top. Delicious food and room service, quiet rooms, huge lobby, great seating areas, massive parking, and many restaurants to dine in. The outdoor facilities are also top.

The receptionist Seeta was excellent. She was professional, kind and welcoming. I am proud of having such excellent and amazing Saudi staff in the hotel.

The lobby

Too expensive $460/ nightThe lobby is crowded with people working with their computers.

The location and the food

The furniture is very very old, and you can’t open the window no sun enters the room

Everything was fantastic, the staff were welcoming, a hug thanks to the receptionist Noorah for her corporative and assistant.

The location was perfect and 15 min max to every entertainment facility, the staff was very helpful and cooperative specially Noura from the reception, the cleaners was satisfying.

The bathroom flush didn’t work well.

Staff was very polite and nice breakfast

not much amenities, little boring.TV had only one channel

big room, nice view, friendly staff, the pool was not crowded (I read old reviews, but now there aren't any limits anymore, women can also go to the pool and wear a regular bathing suit)

- breakfast time too long, it took too much to get some eggs no matter how you wanted them cooked. I had to give up on an omelet one day as it took them too much to bring it and I had to go

Staff was really good. Spacious room and cleanliness

More couple of open restaurant options at non peak hours

An unforgettable experience!Nazar at reception went above and beyond, assisting me with a wheelchair to the medical center after I injured my ankle at the fair. Manager Rawan Altamimi welcomed us with great professionalism and genuine care.A heartfelt thank you to all the wonderful staff at the Crowne Plaza Hotel — we will definitely be back!Impeccable room cleanliness and extremely kind housekeeping staff. Highly recommended!

the stuff is very friendly, reception supervisor (Tahani) is a very dedicated and helpful person, the food is really good, the room was very clean

actually nothing

Very tidy and clean with amazingly helpful staffs such as Khatun.

Really nothing

I liked the location, cleanliness, staff behavior etc.

The pillows were not comfortable and most importantly rooms windows were transparent from outside which means anyone from outside can look inside the room if the drapes were open and this was a big shock for me as this was my first experience.

This hotel is a great choice for Riyadh. It is centrally located and has large bedrooms. I was upgraded to a suite which was enormous. The check in & restaurant staff are extremely helpful and nice. I would definitely stay here again.
